Have GNAV ACD reports not collecting correctly. After 2000 hrs it stops collecting data. ACD group stays open just no data collection. Checked report sets and they are set to collect till 2200 hrs. Blew them out and reset, still have problem. Did have a good electrical storm pass thru and cause lots of other issues throughout property the same day as problem started. thinkin switch reboot? any ideas would be appreciated. thanks

A reboot can be your friend.
I'd also check whether time/date are correct on the IPX. Does it start collecting data again at the designated start time?
Is there an ACD agent who sits near a cable junction?

thank you. T/D is correct and there is a body next to the PC running GNAV. Will keep an eye on that suspect. Guess I will go for the reboot. thanks for your time telephoneguy.
