Hi, can anyone help me with how to set up a call forward to a external number on the aspire using ISDN.
They require a day service operation to be set to call forward.
They have moved in to new offices (samsung) but are keeping there old offices (aspire)
I am a Samsung Tech, I used to install the XN120 but have no experience on the aspire.

The Aspire uses a lot of the same programming commands as the XN120. so if you know the XN120 should be able to programm the Aspire. call forward to external is by default Service 813 6 and than the trunk access code (9) followed by the external number. but as with samsung, if it is a group call there is no external forward possible on an extension. another thing you can program is the external number directly in the DDi Table as target 1.
hope this helps.

Thanks for that i think it currently rings a group but i can change that to an extension. Can i use a virtual extension then put the virtual in DDI table as target 1
I dont really know the programming through a phone so will hopefully use software or web interface. How would i find IP address if i need to use web interface, then no doubt the password will of been changed! Oh the joys!

What software are you running? You might be able to use the mobil extension feature.

You can put a Virtual extension as target in the DDi Table Target 1. you can also put in the complete external number with the trunk access code in front of it. like dialing out with an extension. so 9 followed by the external number.
the ip address is found in PRG 10-12-01.
good luck.
