forgive my curiousity but, why do you need
vm box usage reports? sounds like a total waste of time. what makes you believe your system is slow? there are many settings in the vm software and switch software which affect how efficiently your box will handle calls. changing pc,s can help. however, be sure your switch and vm have been set-up by a professional .with very little training you can probably handle administration from there.
