I had checked that from another post I read. LCR is enabled, so I am not sure exactly what's going on.

I got ahold of Active Voice Today I got this response "Try altering the TimeOn setting for Admin Console>Switch>Switch Settings>Switch Tone>Dial Tone. It's probably set to 2000ms. If that's the case, we should get better trimback at 1750 or 1500 or even 1000 (although that's a little low)."
It works perfectly, thanks for all your input guys.
