Hello... we have a very odd issue with Elite voice mail...
This is our system; we have an IPK I W/ the Elite voicemail card as our main system with an IPK II VoIP (on a privet WiFi network) to the IPK I... The VoIP cards that our in the system are as followed
IPK I – 2 IAD cards IPK II – 1 PVA card
Here is the issue... On any Ext to Ext call if one was to hit 7 it will zap right to the voice mail and to the right voicemail box. Now if we have any incoming call's to the operator… if she calls any of the Ext associated with the IPK II and hits 7 hangs up, Miss Sandy Simmons will just shoot it off to any old Voicemail box. Does any one know what the issue could be?

In the mailboxes do you have the extension transferred to "X"? Because I had a similar problem with a remote system getting thier messages and I had to put each extension in the transfered section instead of just "X". Other than that I'm not quite sure. It's been a while since I've dealt with NEC.
