We just purchased 3 of these phones for our 2 line office. I have set up the auto attendant's outgoing message and the directory for all 3 extensions, but when testing the phone system, I have noticed that when i enter an extension and i am transferred to that extension i do not have the option to leave a voice mail.
I read the manual up and down and do not see anything about setting up voice mail boxes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't believe that 4 line phone supports voice mail. You have an auto attendant to answer and you can dial an extension but I believe the end result is a glorified community answering machine.
