Just to clear up the question about the DMS 500. It is more of a hybrid of the DMS 250 (for LD traffic) and a DMS 100 for the local side. It is really just a multi-purpose switch. And for the topic of this thread, most all of the equipment I work with support PRI as a 5ESS, DMS or NI2. I always order NI2 because it seems a universal coding that is supported by all switches and the CO techs are more familiar with it than the others.
