I need to tie two buildings together via a wireless link. This is a church with portable units at the end of a parking lot about 200 feet from the main building. Data switch is in the main building in a pretty good location. They want a network connection in each of the 2 portables plus an analog phone extension off of their switch all wireless. How would you recommend I do this?

Those little paddle antennas seem to work ok. Check out valcoms voip product. Might be something you could use.

Try Motorola Canopy. It can go up to 3 Ts in bandwith IF you need it. Dealer costs are reasonable.

Linksys, Netgear, Sonicwall, Cisco, just about any wireless access point/router should work over that distance, speed dependent on wireless protocol. 802.11b runs up to 11Mbps, slightly faster than 10bT ethernet, 802.11g runs at 54 Mbps, about half of 100bTX ethernet.
VoIP might be somewhat expensive depending on how many extensions. Check into some long-range cordless phones, Engenius makes some that will reach that far easily.

Check out Proxima? They make a unit called a tsunami..no I am not making this up. It not only has wireless but can strip a regular T1/E1 in tandem..making PBX networking very cool.

Oh yeah, the analog line....
We've had good luck with Engenius cordless phones as well. Not sure on a low-cost VOIP solution for one extension.
