The OP was sprinkled so full of abbreviations and subject specific words that the whole thing became gibberish. what the heck is XIOX? The PMS that I am familiar with probably does not apply. intime? at least the first replyer seemed to know what HOBIC was. My other pet peeve is referring to something in the subject line and never again in the body of the post - is he looking for some kind of pro to interface PMS with opera on a microcomputer?

Funny thing is that I mostly understand what he wants - but only if I put on my way-back hat. Summa Pro was a stand-alone call accounting device from the very late 80s or early 90s. SMDR in, Serial printer out. All config was via the device's soft-touch keypad. I think that they're replacing it with a Micros Opera - Mocros' property management system. Micros is big in the Point of Sale world - you've seen their PoS registers at many many restaurants. I suspect this is a hotel because of the term 'pms' aka Property Management System. And the term "hobic" refers to a standard format for SMDR often used in a hospitality environment. If your PBX supported HOBIC, any call accounting or property management system was "plug and play" (well, so long as your serial cable had pin 2, 3 & 7 thru, with pins 4&5 bridged to 6, 8 & 20).
However, I very much agree with the consensus that sentence structure, along with capitalization and punctuation is critical to getting your point across. And, although we are often told that we should not judge others, the reality is that we do - every day. And, in this scenario, the only yardstick I have is the use of language. But, that's a whole other rant...
Finally, to the OP - no, unfortunately, I don't know the codes. In our area, the Micros folks keep a fairly tight rein on their hardware. We provide the physical interface and they do the rest.

Hobic is an acronym for Hotel Operator Billing Information Center.
From back when time and charges were tracked by humans at the telco, then originally called, eventually transmitted over dedicated data links, to the hotel/motel front desk. When the 'automation revolution' started, the format of a HOBIC bill was a locked in thing, and easily automated at the hotel/motel.
