The flipside question to my other one: What are typical frustrations with the "old" phone system?
1) no clid
2) phones look old
3) difficult to change names, etc. (user programming)
4) difficult to pgm auto-attendant

Other reasons for upgrading include:
1) they've reached capacity
2) the old system is unreliable
3) they're moving locations and want new phones for the new office
