Then the only thing I can think of is you only have 00-99 for system speed dials

i would think that too, except that this system is new enough that there should be system speed dial available, and all we are able to program are local speed dials unique to each phone.

I agree at the least you should have 500 bins. try 000-999 with out the *</font>

tried to load number into bin 102. system recognized bin 10, but carried the 2 into the first digit of the phone number we tried to store. problem seems to be that the system only sees digits0-9 for the bin number when programming speed dial numbers.

Are you by chance trying to program the system speed dials the same way as the personals. That may be your problem. Intercom *#0*02 for system speed dials, then your bin.

when i use the # or * symbol the phone display shows invalid address. so frustrating. perhaps my terminoligy is confusing. what i am trying to do is program the system so that, at whichever phone i am at in the office, when i hit speed dial 11 it dials our regional office, speed dial 12 dials our home office, speed dial 14 dials our computer tech service, etc. the bin numbers might not be 11, 12,
14, etc, but the process should be the same from each phone. i can set each phone up to do this individually, but cannot set the system up to do this from all the phones with one programming step.

That's what I thought, but haven't worked on any new Impacts for a while and didn't know if they gave more speed dials or not. If it's still 01-99 then thats all you going to get wertzd
Thanks Ed

From the Atten. station, Intercom *#02 then 01-99
