Can someone please explain the best way to set up one extension to have 3 different users and their own mailbox? Thanks fellas.

Create 2 mailboxes with numbers out of the extention range. The 3rd person will use the actual extention. In MB programming on page 2 I think, there is a "forward message too" parameter, set this for the extention you want to forward the message to. Set the forward time for as low as possible so it forwards immediately. Don't forget to record a greeting and name in the directory for the phantom boxes. The downside of this set up is this. When the message waiting light is on you won't know who the message is for. I think that covers it but if I left something out you can emaii me, address is in my profile. mark mark
