Our technician has installed the moh device, but now the moh is playing over the intercom on 3 phones. Is there a feature code to turn off the intercom on the phones?

It sounds like they have background music on.
ask the customer if hte speaker light is always on when idle. This lets you know you have bgm on.
With the phone in the craddle hit intercom #1 to turn it off.
Intercom *1 plus the source number 1 or 2 will turn it on.
intercom *11 turns on bgm to source 1
intercom *12 turns on bgm to source 2
