You need to get to Lyndell (manager) or Scott. Lanny used to be the man, but he moved on. Just push it up the ladder, you will eventually get to the correct person. There first layer are fairly new, so you have to struggle with them for awhile then see if you can push it up the ladder. What is the circuit board that comes with the ribbon cable kit used for? . Is it neccesary. I did not put one in and am wondering if this could be causing slips.

Am told it is to buffer traffic between cabinets. It wasn't totally necessary on FXII cabinets as it was to prevent issues in the main cabinet when changing cards in the expansion.
