Most importantly, I know NOTHING about programming phone systems outside of time/date, etc. I am a computer programmer so I have some (hopefully) relevant knowledge. We have a Comdial DX-80 system at our office (12 extensions, 6 lines) and only 3 of the extensions ring when we recieve a call. We want to set one additional extension to ring. Is this something that I can do or must we call a tech to come do it? Thanks -
