I need to change the number of rings from 4 to 6 before a call rolls to voice mail, but I need to do it via the Digital Extension Terminal. Can someone walk me through the steps?

Do you have the installing company available to call? This is something that a technician will need to change in programming. No, we've had such bad service, we've stopped calling them. There is another company that is closer to our office, but this repair isn't worth starting a new contract at hourly charges.
