I'm about to install a two-port analog Debut system on a DX-80. Does anyone know if the Debut system supports CID, so the DX-80 will continue to display CID as normal? Will I still be able to get the Debut to do all the good stuff like turn on message waiting lights, etc.. on a DX-80? I have heard it's possible to get it integrated nicely. Thus far I've only done Debut with a DSU/DSUII.

I understand it will, but it will need to be a version new enough to include the DX80 integration file. I think 8.5 does. I would check that first. I'm not sure what you mean about the Debut supporting CID. How were you thinking having or not having CID would make your Debut affect the functionality of the DX80? That part has me a bit puzzled.

Thanks for the reply 5years&counting, I don't know where my mind was, the CO lines connect directly to the DX-80 therefore worrying CID support is silly. Now is there a way to update the firmware in the Debut to 8.5; maybe through the keylink software? Where does one obtain the firmware? Thanks again.
