Customer has a DX-80 with A33 software. I have a F39 DX-80 in the shop. I can put a Flash (F3) plus a number in SD bin 500(on a programmable key). When I'm on a call, I can transfer to cell phones that way.
I have tried to do the same thing with this customer but this procedure doesn't work. They can, however, manually press a programmed flash key and then hit a button programmed with SD 500 on it.
Is this a software problem with A33 ?? Everything in programming looks to be OK. I've put in pauses to see if that will make it work---but no deal. Everytime we try it with the one button set-up--it rings back to the system--on the A33 system.
