Thanks again. I moved lines 1 & 2 to ports 13 & 14 and then simply mapped logical port 1 to physical port 13 & the 2 -> 14. Then I didn't need to reprogram all of the phones. Everything went smooth. Thanks again for the help Chris

Congratulations. I wasn't sure I could explain that physical/logical port mapping to you here on the board. If I use that I always put a note on the KSU indicating that I made a change to the port mapping, it can create confusion for the next tech to try to program the line ports and buttons. Of course. if your the only one to mess with it then it won't matter. Mark
