What version VMMI would best be suited to programming a DXP Plus? If it is dependent on software level how would I determine the software level? Can hyperterminal be used instead of VMMI? Thanks.

Hyperterm session and hit enter til you get the banner screen. On there will be the software rev. That will tell you what VMMI you need.
