hey phone gurus - My boss accidentally enabled the call forwarding feature on his extension. We have a network of Comdial 7260 phones. His extension shows the call forwarding light on and now any incoming calls get routed directly to my phone instead of every phone. Any one know how to turn this extension enabled call forwarding off so that our predefined call forward goes back into action?

Welcome to the board. Please complete your profile to indicate your city/state, we like to know if we're helping someone across the street or across the continent.
Easy way is to default the set features by pressing Feature 69 watch the screen and press button under "go". Feature 2 is used to set up call forwarding but there are so many options you might not find which one he activated.
If you need a user guide you can find one on my website below. CF is on Page 33,34,35,36,& 37. Mark

I am having a similar problem. My new phone (ext 102) auto forwards to (104) I need to undo it but there is no FWD in my display so I can not undo it. Any help would be appreciated.

Figured out the last problem. How do you totally erase an old extension?
