I am new to the forum, but not new to telecom or Comdial, or even 1A2. The end of last week I was hunting something, and found a Voyager brochure. I think that if I dig deep enough, I also have the manual for it that someone at the Comdial factory gave me. I scanned the brochure, but I don't think that I can post it.

Welcome to the board.
No need to post it, there have been very few requests for Voyager information and we don't post that kind of stuff on the open forum anyway. Please take the time to read the posting information thread at the top of the Comdial forum, and the Terms of Service at the bottom of the page. Nice to see another Pa. member.

Oh wow, the Voyager. I have one with a manual, but I think it may be smoked :-)

I think I picked it up on eBay several years ago, resurrected it by someone at King Technologies giving me the master password, then it was powered up on my workbench for about a year before it just sort of died.

Outside of that, I never sold or serviced one.
It was a 4x8 PBX with maybe 30 minutes of voice mail. You could add more mail memory as a flash card, but Comdial made a big warning about using 3rd party flash cards.

I actually have a Voyager, Comdial VMPBX-408. Does anyone know what the default password is? Does anyone have a manual on one?

Thanks Mike

That system and this post need Carbon 14 dating..welcome to the forum Mike. welcome

Please start a new thread instead of tacking on to a 5 year old post. You'll get better results as most folks don't look at posts this old.
