I have a question... I'm not sure what information you'll need but here goes..
I have a Dx80 system and everything was working great... I added an phone on an already wired and programed extension that we were not using. The extention when I use All Page pages all the phones our store and in our business office. It does not work like the others that only page in the store and not the business office. I checked the paging groups listed for that and all extensions. The BO is listed at PG 8 while every other phone is set to 1. What else can I look at to change the way that works. Right now I've disabled the paging on that extension completely until I can find a way to make it page the store while not paging the office.
Thanks in advance for any help I get... Daniel

Zone pages are in the range of 401 to 408. 400 is the code for All Page.
Do you have Feature Keys that are programmed with the Page codes on them, or do you dial the particular code??
If you have on most of the extensions, a Feature Key that has a particular page zone, then change the new extensions' page key to be that page zone. It's probably set up for 400--which is All Page.
Do a F#3 to find out what each Feature Key is programmed to do. Everything you need to know would be in the user guide.
