this system is still for sale. here are the specs:
USED (but working) complete Nortel Norstar CICS phone system including Startalk Flash 2 (voicemail), 2-ATA's (analog port adapters), 2-DS trunk cartridges (4 lines each), software for both the CICS & the Startalk, 4-tan 7208 phones, 5-black 7310 phones, 1-tan 7310 phone, 2-black 7324 phones.

* ds trunk cartridge nt7b75gd
* CICS software nt7b64ym rel 01 dated 5/13/02
* norstar flash 2 port nt5b2455 dated 8/21/02
* flash software nt5b78ef rel04 dated 8/10/02
* ATA nt8b90al
KNOWN PROBLEMS:
* The tan phones are well used but work & just need to be cleaned up.
* There is 1 tan handset cord missing.
* 1 of the 7324 phones has a display issue. the top line does NOT work. see pictures.
* The black phones are in alot better shape and just need some cleaning.

I agree, but that's not the point. You won't get much for the system on line.

phone systems are just like cars........
use them for a few months and their value drops to less then half you paid.....
