My employees are currently unable to retrieve there voicemails nor can the receptionist forward callers to users mailboxes.
The phone system is reporting the following error:
SYSTEM ERROR: 5207 Cannot go from box 9999 to box 100 - noew box does not exist.
Nothing has been changed on the programming side. Could this error be hardware related?

Is there a mailbox 100?. Could be the hard drive starting to go. You should make a backup and call your dealer for service.

You have file corruption. Your dealer needs to be brought in to clear this up for you.

Thank you for the replies.
After further investigation it appears the receptionist was attemtping to change the greeting on mailbox 100 and somehow caused the mailbox to disappear/deleted.
I recreated it and the error message went away.
