I think you should hire a professional Vertical/Comdial business partner if you dont want to loose your account.

hey vit. we are..lol figure that. we already consulted vertical tech support and they didnt help much. we are working with lanny now who used to work for comdial. but thanks.

we ad them working on one cabinet so they were ok with having a few phones not working....but replacing the cabinets worked and all is well now...lol just have to sell 2 cabinets now..lol..thnks for all the help!

thanks justin... we going to try and find out wich cabinet it is thats bad. we know both of them work by themselves as single boxes so hopefully we can find out which one is bad and get it repaired. anyone know of a good place??

Did you use a new cable between the cabinets..
Have you checked the old cable on the new cabinets?

yup....we pretty much changed everything in the cabinets other than the cabinets...lol. so now we changed those. the funny thing is both cabinets work fine by themselves so go figure???? we are just happy the thing is working now!!!!
