You really need an admin user guide. You can record multiple greetings for the routing boxes and select which one you want to play as needed. These greetings can be changed locally or remotely.

Thanks guys for your help. I went ahead and programmed box 800 and 801 and used greeting 1 instead of 0. Just had to get a grasp on how the system worked.
