Hello.
I have a very strange problem.
My message waiting light won't stop flashing.
Dialing 44 shows queing none dialing 43 shows the message is coming from my external voicemail system.
However, there are no new messages.
So I tried deleting the mailbox attached to the extension.(no luck)
There are no other mailboxes that use that extension.
I even turned the voicemail off and the message light still flashed!!!!
I tried to unplug the phone then plug the phone in again, still no luck.
Does anyone have any other ideas why this is going on?
Thanks.

Hi.
I hit " 43" to return message.
However, there was no message
The LCD screen gave me options I think.
So I used the softkeys to press " Cancel" I think and it got stop flashing.
Let me know if it works.
Thanks.

Also 42+ Extension number will clear all messages I think. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I am not 100% sure if it was 42 or 43.
Thanks.
