Anyone know of what type of headset will work on this system? Can you program a headset button so the cust will not have to lift the receiver to make it work. I am well versed in new samsung, but the older stuff makes me shudder. Any help will be appreciated.

KENB is 100% correct if you have the old black ksu Prostar or the beige ksu that does not have Prostar Plus on the front. If you never sold the 2nd generation you wouldn't know of the hs change.
If you have the newer Prostar Plus (but still manufacture discontinued) ksu, dial #09 and if it says: Headset use: No, type 1# and you will be in headset mode, no reciever usage, just punch the keys to answer and hang up.
Type #09 then 0# to go back to handset use.
Just about any headset with an amplifier box will work as far as I know, I only used the Weiser ones not the Plantronics or anything else.
