I have a iDCS500 rev 1.31, using office manager, I can't get lan programming to work. The connection is good but when any changes are made the upload fails. Also when the system downloads the data is not correct. IE: no station names will show. Using direct connect through the db9 works fine. Any known issues with the older r1 and office manager? Thanks John

Call Samsung and ask them what's compatible. The 2nd part is a OSM/system software missmatch and likely is same on the 1st issue.
