Bunnie has a great idea...the Samsung tech could go into the switch with a static IP and I don't know of anyone would wouldn't think this would be a bad idea. Maybe if enough people ask them or someone with clout would suggest that, they might do it. However, that would mean that every system that went in would have to be IP ready. This would be a good tool for also working on their Dataview. I don't know if their tech support would be the people to ask, maybe a marketing rep?

Thats what Tim ended up doing and changing the settings to public with private and it cleared up I have had them in my switches on several occations
