Yap , I’ agree with FTorres388, check for duplicate for those extensions or mail boxes (look for the BLUES things on the subscribers list ,†D†on the main menu ) . The system says Goodbye only if no mailbox is associated or something is Double as mailbox only for those extensions , just remove any duplicate mbx only and then create a new extensions with mbx associated.

I agree with mathrap, The system says Goodbye only if no mailbox is associated. 2 ways to look. Subscriber and the individual extension.

I deleted and re-added the mailbox remotely in System admin. Still didn't work. Went in last night, in the mailbox list there was still no mailbox. I added it with the PC. Now it works OK.
Still don't know what made it dissapear...
Thanks for your help.

After you deleted it did you run a maint to purge the old stuff? That might be why it didn't take

Check (i think mmc 741)that the extension is allowed a voicemail box. When the system does it's once month restart. It will check the phone system database for who gets a vm box. I happen to me once and that was enough!!!

Do a subscriber list and look for any extensions that have the mailbox in blue and fix all at 1 time then go into 741 and set all to yes. Don't do the fax/modem numbers. Make sure they have no entry in voicemail

Found the problem. I had the user check the programming with her keyset, and it looked like in MMC 741 the mailbox was assigned. When the system ran it's midnight routine, it looked, found no mailbox and deleted it. I used the PC to assign the mailbox in MMC 741, and it worked OK.
Thanks for all your help.
