I have a customer with the same sort of problem.
Sometimes it just locks up the ISDN and other times the whole system.
I will change the PSU and see if the probblems go away.

We have a large account that used to have similar problems. Turned out the system wasnt grounded properly. I suppose removing the bad ground would of fixed it as well.

See the post about OS100 Power Supply issues. All of my customers that had Power Supply failures started off by resetting the system power when the phones stated Rev. How old is the system?
