Hi, I have a Samsung Prostar DCS Compact. We have 4 different 1-888 numbers that we use in different advertising (web, yellow pages, papers, send outs) and we sould like to get a wisper in the phone before the line is connected to us depending on the 1888 number that the caller chose to use. Is that possible and if yes how is it done?
Thanks

I'd have to think about that one. It's possible to route calls based on CID but an 800 number only terminates to another line. If they all terminate to the same number I don't see a way of identifying which 800 number was called. With DID's you could point each number to it's own group properly named but the compact does not support T1/PRI.

What do you mean Whisper? What do you want to hear in this whisper that helps you identify which 888 number was dialed?
