Is this a dynamic T1 with analog broken out for the faxes? I have seen them have compression issues that look like slips. Most of the time only effects faxing. Font will be small then large or 2 of 4 pages received and the system says all received. Weird stuff

T1 is provisioned voice & data tried both ways, from Smartjack to csu(adtran csu ace) and straight to tepri card, same both ways.

Were are you connecting the bird?

At this point I would have to say its not the hardware (you have replaced anything needed).

As for the responses, the people posting in here more than likely have not had this problem with the Samsung gear. So they are not able to help the way you would like. Maybe this needs to be moved to the T1/csu/dsu catagory or Service.

Let me know and its done.

If you put the CSU in loopback mode toward the network do you get the same slips from the carrier?

If so, you just ruled out your Samsung equipment and need to work on your CSU or hash it out with the carrier.

Frequency differential (slippage) is 90% on carrier side, but it could still be smartjack itself, CSU issue, infrastructure cabling (patch cables), or CPE hardware. If you have swapped TEPRI cards and CSU then hw failure is unlikely.

Who is carrier? What is your software version of TEPRI card?

4.15 i believe is version number, I even bypass the csu and go straight to the smartjack and same result.
