Currently trying to program an AA for one of our customers. Fairly simple AA. Details follow.

Incoming calls to AA (518-Day Main) 1-sales 2-rentals

Press 1 for sales exit to 505

Rings 201 for 20 seconds then.......

back to AA (516) need to use another menu here to give a choice to Wait to be answered, or Press 1 to leave a message.

Problem is I don't know how to associate 516 with a new menu block, I just keep hitting Day Main again.

I have downloaded the 7100 VM and AA Manual and have LSP working on giving me an answer. Can anyone help PLEASE?

this is a high level program you are trying to change. I would love to help you, but forum rules prohibit posting answers to questions like these.

MOD - move this to installers for an answer before someone answers in open forum?

Pete, the OP doesnt have Installer access. A little guidance is ok or take it to PM's.

I am not familiar with the newer Samsung systems, so I dont know whats invovled in programming.

PM and Email are OK. Auto attendant programming is admin level. But please keep it private or do not post MMC codes.

Thank you for you assistance

Purely Tech, I sent you a PM (Private Message) a couple of days ago, it's status is still unread by you. To access your PM's just click the 'My Profile"' link at the top of the page, either that or you are a very busy person.

Samsung Tech, I've been out of the office chasing cable faults and have just read your PM. Thanks for the help, I will give it a go on my test system and see how it goes.

Thanks for your help, I've almost got it sorted thanks to a PM from Samsung Tech, but I will download the Messenger Manual and see if it gives me the last piece of the puzzle.
