Thanks, I've just tested this a 2 other sites with os7100 and it works no problem. I will try deleting the my mailbox and set it up again.

Did it here on our 7100 cool feature.
However cant seem to get the extender to send it to a group mbx tried in kmmc and IT. kmmc gives error when putting in extender.

Have never had the need to put it into a group mailbox but one way around it would be to record it into a virtual extn's mailbox and put a MW key on each phone that required it or if you really need it in the VG box then you could use the auto forward feature from the virtual extn's mailbox to the VG Box
