I removed SVMi from Next Port as the AA is handling the call anyway. Then set Busy/No-Ans in extension block call director to goto a Dial Block which rings the external number. It worked once PTL!, but now I'm getting connection errors; maybe someting to do with Supervision. Thks for all your help and PM's so far!
