No I am not a dealer. I am an IT technician and we contract with a certified installer when necessare and that is what he said. That being said, how can I get the firmware update I need for my VoIP boards?

It is still supported...your installer is mistaken.

You need to go back to your dealer. If he can not do it or does not know how contact Vertical and ask for new dealer. What you are asking for is for dealers only and I do not think you will get anyone to just give it to you. Plus there is a whole proceedure to upload etc etc. Best to pay somebody who knows how to do it. Just my 2 cents
