We have a Samsung Prostar DCS Compact phone system that we are trying to program the features and phones. It's a used system so we have incomplete documentation and do not know who the previous installer was. We have downloaded the OfficeServ_Manager and we have an seemingly broken PCMMC program purchased from a dealer. We just need to do the setup. We currently have only one phone RINGING (the receptionist phone) the rest are silent but can place calls and the recpt can forward calls to other phones. This is what we would like for during the day but after hrs we would like to be able to make all (except one) phones ring in all/most offices. :bang: so ANY help or pointers in the right direction are welcome.
