The company i work for had a power cut over the weekend and now only the one telephone rings? i can make internal calls to the other two telephones but cant transfer a call, Any help would be welcome, thanks i.e handset 201 rings while 202 and 203 dont....they are Samsung KPDCS 12b models..

It sounds like the system lost its programming due to the power being cut. To resolve this problem, you are going to need a Samsung technician.
