good morning- we were setting up an external paging horn and after everything went in and tested two of the 5021's sounded an alarm and started showing "contact alarm" on the display! the time /date/ CID won't show - any ideas on how to clear or solve the problem? everything else is checking out ok-

thanks cit- im new to this as I was thrown into this system without any background in it- is there a mmc to clear it?

I don't have anything in the buffer (as I cleared it and checked 852) but two of the phone will only show "contact alarm" on the display?? the phones will operate without any other problems? - Im a little stumped

There is either an MMC or feature code, but I cannot remember it off the top of my head. I believe it's a feature code.

the clear i am sure is a feature looking in my book believe there is not a code on the newer systems and you might have to put one in mmc *24
