Hi guys, I have a 7030 twin cab on 4.41b with sip lines, provider is in the UK "voiceflex" on in comming calls i cant get the call to route to any other destination except from the operator group, i have populated the DDI table, the SIP trunk is set to incomming mode ,of follow DDI table rather than incomming number or trunk ring , the invite format from the ISP is via sip account name , on voiceflex portal you can change the settings on the invite to: sip account, national DDI, international DDI , last 6 digits and two other that are conical something or other , i have tried the first three and in the DDI table have tried (x= Number as example),first option +44151******(international), second 0151*******(national) , third ******(last six digits ) but no matter what, the sip trunks ring the default operator group, does anybody have any suggestions i think the system is set up correctly ...however i could be wrong , i have used this provider before on a samsung 7200 but this was in Monaco and evertyhing worked ok , over there i used sip account on the invite from the ISP and in the ddi table used the international method (+33********), PLEASE HELP>!!!!!!!!!!!! PS. hope that makes sense, apparantly the ISP reckons i am sending TWO invite messages from the system , now neither hi nor me can figure out why that is happening ,he did assure me that this is what was happening but i cannot prove it myself as i am doing this remotly with a IP phone from the customer system logged in at my office and therefore am unable to do a wireshark trace ,,,,anyway i digress please help

Add your ip phone into the operator group and call the sip number and see what digits you get on the bottom line of the handset.
As for the invites, is it setup in representitive mode or per user mode?
If per user then the system will send and invite for each line in the table

I have tried this, but the cust does not want cli so it no use, the system and lines are represntative mode, what I have noticed is that if you call a sip number from a pstn or mobile if that the sip routes correctly , it is when you call a sip line of one of the renote sites from a sip line on the main site that it rings the operator group. There are some 302 settings on the Samsung that I'm reading IP on but any more ideas are welcome!

Can you get access to the SMDR stream? You will see what digits are being sent via the carrier. It sounds like the carrier is sending different digits on a sip to sip call. You will have to either add your ip phone to the operator group and see the digits or look at the SMDR to see what is being sent to you.
