Anyone seen this? Customer has OS500, programming in kmmc shows correct info. Programming in Officeserv Manager incorrect. For example Officeserv Manager only shows group 500 with members when in fact there are 5 groups in kmmc.

Are you using the correct officeserve manager as there are differnet levels to what ever software you have on system

This is usually either incorrect OSM (though there was a bug with the OSM for v2.46M software where the station groups didn't show properly, didn't affect L software only M) Or corruption in the database

RM - I bet you are using a Windows 7 PC and running virtual XP aren't you?
If that is the case, yes, info will be missing. It is not the database or OSM itself.
You must communicate via a pure pre-7 PC.

Why do you need to run OSM in a xp VM? it runs fine on win7 both 32 and 64bit
