I have a couple issues with this phone that I have been unable to find solutions for. Hopefully someone can help.

1. How do you change the time on these phones? I know it should automatically put the correct time on the screen but for some reason its an half hour off. (Samsung SMT-i5210)

2. I need to fix an issue where the audio goes in and out. When using the reciever the audio blanks out and neither end can not hear what is being said. It does not happen at all when using the speaker.

Anyone know how to fix this?

It sounds like you have the 'Time Zone' Setting to +00:30 or -00:30 in Installation Tool 2.7.1. As for the audio cutting in and out while using the handset, I would try replacing the handset & HS cord.

On 1. have you tried unplugging the power and Ethernet cord and plugging them back in?

On 2. SClark is most likely right but there are issues that can occur in these new phones.

If swapping out the handset and cord don't work:

I would call Samsung at 800-876-4782 and ask for the regional sales manager. If anyone should know, that would be the person as they get ALL the complaints.

What firmware version is the phone running?
As we just got 1.11 and I think there was some mention of audio improvements on the release notes
