I have used the counterpath one (Bria) to a OS7030 on a lan, have never tried remote.
You need 4.4x software to do remote sip extensions.

I have tried most of them and find them to be a bit hit and miss they seem have regular software updates from the app store which means you have to go in and tweak the settings to get them working again especialy if you are using Public. Also public over 3G seems to have too much latency to be usable.
Id love to see one that works well for the i phone better still samsung softphone app.

I don't believe samsung will ever release softphone for Iphone.
They are releasing communicator for Android due to the Galaxy S, and have an old version of softphone avail for windows mobile but thats it.
