OAS end.
I'm using the OAS that is in the 7400 to network a 7200s, and two 7100 systems. Therefore I'm not using and VOIP phone except for testing. I get the load tone and noise. when I make test calls from the other systems good when calling from 7200 to 7100, good from 7100 to 7100, and good from 7100 to 7200. But not workinging if calling or calling from the 7400. It is the only one that is using a OAS card that has been set to MGI.

Well I would like to thank everyone that gave me thing to look at and check. But after hours of check my settings and having IT guys checking their. Wouldn't you know it came down to a bad OAS card. Now that it is working just a few minor problems with networking outside calls accross the net to different station groups.
Thanks again I love this support group.
