While I haven't tried this feature yet, it sounds like a Daylight savings issue...

How does it work? I put in my time server (us.pool.ntp.org) and my time zone. Then what? The Samsung documentation is REALLY lacking. Do I activate it and turn it on in any way or just populating the field makes it work?

Just populate the fields and make sure you have also put in the DNS.

Where does one put in the DNS and is there any way to test it to see if the time server is keeping clock?

You put the DNS in the same place you put the other ip's like the cti one.
Also I found my problem I had to delete all the daylight saying entries from the Samsung

Well THAT'S cool! I put in: us.pool.ntp.org as the ntp server and set my time zone. Then I added the dns servers that I use for my local internet service (ipconfig /all) Then I set the clock for 5 minutes slow. Waited about four minutes, and boop! the time auto corrected. Sehr Kuhl!

Is it fixed on 4.60b? They didn't mention it in any of the docs.
This is where the embedded voicemail systems are like 6 or 8 hours off and a power cycle doesn't fix it like they said it would?

Samsung tech support finally came out with a bulletin that it's a system bug on embedded voicemails.
