Those three security provisions will make your network fairly secure. Can it still be hacked? Sure, but it is only going to be accessed by someone very committed to getting into your system. The methods above are more than sufficient to keep neighbors and "drive-bys" out.
Sure, the security of the wireless can be handled by encryption and filtering. But there's another issue I realized that might affect neighbors, which is interference. Modern cordless phones and wireless networks can interfere with each other. Also, newer baby monitors, TV "sharing" transmitters, etc....
