I have a customer who has a Comdial DX-80. They want the receptionist (ext. 100) to have the abbreviated ring feature on her phone for incoming calls when she is on another line. This already works on ext. 100, but I can't find find any info in the programming manual, installation & maintenance manual, or the DET User Guide.

Can this be done? Does Comdial have a different name for the same Abbreviated Ring feature. Can this be done from any phone (feature code) or PC Admin or both?

Thanks!

Busy Ring Allow/Deny--Page 31 in my user guide---Feature #2 (press the Feature Key then the # key then the 2 key) on that particular phone.
